Your neighbors deserve to hear about your support! Three easy steps: 1. Write a letter explaining why Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is important to our City and you. Be sure to include:
Letters should be short – 250 words at the most. Stay on one subject and try to keep it to one or two paragraphs. Please include your name, address, a day time phone number, and an evening phone number at the bottom. Don’t worry, they won’t print your contact information, but most papers won’t publish letters if they don’t know the sender. 2. E-mail, fax, and mail your letter. E-mail is best (it’s easiest for the papers), but dropping it off in person or mailing it also works. See below for all newspaper contacts. 3. Send it, again, to another paper! Send each paper a separate letter. They’re less likely to read it if they see that you sent it to other newspapers. THANK YOU! You are making a difference in this important election, and let us know if your letter gets published.
